General Events- Spring has sprung, and for this reason, characters with babies may be created! At present the weather is fair, with minimal risk of fire, though avalanches may occur in the mountains as the weather warms and the snow becomes looser, as may flooding- flooding may also occur in the plains or forest, so watch out!
